The Admission Process Starts When The Pre-Admission From Is Released By The University In Online Mode. Candidates Have To Fill The Mumbai University Pre-Admission From And Submit The Same As Per Deadline. The Candidates Have To Enter Personal, Academic Details And The Name Of Mumbai University Affiliated College They Wish To Get Admission. The Sale Of Admission Forms Will Be Started Conducted As Per The Directives Of The UOM And Need To Submit As Per The Deadline.
The Admission To Various UG\PG Courses Offered By University Will Be Conducted Based On The Marks Secured By Candidates In The Last Qualifying Exam

  • Verification and Securitization: The Submitted Forms Are Verified And Scrutinized By The Admission Committee For Further Processing
    Payment of Fees: The Fees Are Collected On The Basis Of Scheduled Released By The UOM
  • Enrolment: The Enrolment Process Is Initiated By The Office And The Same Is Duly Submitted To The Affiliated University For The Confirmation Of Admission
  • Eligibility: If Any Student Form The Other States Or Board Are Given Admission, The Process Of Eligibility Is Also Initiated By The Office As Per The Rules And Regulations.
  • Cancellation: If Any Student Wishes To Cancel The Admission He Or She Needs To Fill The Cancellation From And The Same Will Be Uploaded In The Online University Admission Portal And As Well As In The College Record. MKCL PORTAL FOR THE CANCELLATION

  • Printed Copy of Pre-Enrollment Form (College Copy) by University of Mumbai
  • Original Mark sheet of Std. XIIth along with three attested photo copies.
  • Original Leaving certificate with three attested photo copies.
  • Original Passing Certificate & Migration Certificate with two attested photocopies (for other than Maharashtra Board Students).
  • Two attested copies of std. Xth Marksheet.
  • Five latest passport size photographs. (COLOUR)
  • Two attested copies of caste certificate in case of OBC/SBC/SC/ST/NT category.

Note: Please keep at least 20 attested copies of std. XII mark sheet and Leaving Certificate for your future requirements.

Students seeking transfer from one College to another during the academic year are required to submit a NOC from the parent college and subsequently Transference Certificate and the Marks Certificate showing marks obtained at the First Term Examination conducted by the earlier College.

In the event of a student getting transferred from one College to another within the University of Mumbai, the marks secured by the candidate at the end of the first term examination in the original College, shall be binding on the candidate and on the College to which the candidate is transferred. Further a student migrating from another University to this University for joining the Second Year Course need not be required to appear and pass the First Year Examination of this University if eligibility is granted by the Mumbai University to the class of admission.

Requirements Of Documents For Reserve Category (ST/SC/OBC/SBC/VJNT/EBC)
The Reserve Category Students who are applying for FREESHIP/ SCHOLARSHIP have to register online on www.mahadbtit.gov.in and submit the printed copy of the filled form along with the following documents (within a month).

  • Attested copy Caste Certificate.
  • Attested copy Domicile Certificate.
  • Attested copy Income Certificate from Tehsildar office.
  • Attested copy Non Creamy Layer Certificate (for OBC/SBC/VINT)
  • Attested copy of Ration Card.
  • Attested copy of Aadhar Card.
  • Attested copy of mark sheet of previous class.
  • Fee receipt.

Note: The students belonging to SBC/OBC/VINT/ST/EBC having income more than 6.0 lakhs p.a are not eligible for the Freeship under Reserve Category
